Istruzioni e suggerimenti:
Fate cuocere circa 150 g di minestra in in litro di brodo vegetale per 15 minuti.
Italian Carnaroli rice, carrot, tomato, leek, onion, potato flakes, parsley.
Prepare 2 litres of vegetable broth, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil or butter in a on pan ad add risotto mix and let toast for about one minut, add 50 ml of dry white wine and once evaporated, reduce heat to low medium and laddle in vegetable broth until rice slightly, stir occasionally and when the liquid level drops to about 1/3, stir in more broth covering the rice repeat procedure for cooking time, when the last broth has benn absorbed, stir in 1 tbsp of butter and a few tbsp of grated parmesan, let sit, convered for two to three minutes, and serve.
