ERMES

E’ una varietà di riso integrale di colore rosso, dal granello allungato e croccante. Deriva dall’incrocio tra il riso Nero Venere ed un riso a granello lungo e stretto. Anche il riso Ermes è privo di glutine ed è un riso integrale, perciò ricco di fibre, vitamine, sali minerali e proteine.

Ermes rice it is a variety of red brown rice, with a long and crunchy grain. It derives from the combination of black rice and a long and narrow grain rice. Ermes rice is gluten free and wholemeal therefore is rich in fibres, vitamins and proteins.
